WHY would someone do this? Because it makes people (like us) whip off the freeway to go look at and pose for photographs with some cadillacs
buried in a field.Passed this sign in Amarillo. Seems like a lovely place...we might stay there on our way back.

Thank goodness real turkeys aren't that big, we would have been in some serious trouble on the incline!!
Also, just a thought, that sign represents everything "horror movie-like" about every horror movie I have ever heard of that took place in a hotel. I guess movies are inspired by real life... ::shudder::
